The School of Urban and Regional Planning and the Iowa Initiative for Sustainable Communities is pleased to present a talk by Jordan DeGree on "Developing Powerful Places: the Role of Creativity in Urban Design and Community Revitalization." Jordan DeGree is executive director of Matter, a non-profit community and cultural development organization in Dubuque that cultivates creativity in order to accelerate social and economic growth.
