Two University of Iowa students took their sustainability banter to the airwaves earlier this month with the premier of the sustainability-focused talk show Round River Radio, which airs weekly on KRUI 89.7FM.

Every Wednesday from 3-4 p.m., juniors Andrew Hirst and Sophia Finster sit down for a roundtable discussion with environmentally-minded guests, such as Rockne Cole, who helped found Ecopolis, and Kyle Siek, owner of Local Burrito.

Upcoming discussions include local foods, the anthropocene, environmental justice, and climate science.

Learn more and stay up-to-date by liking the Round River Radio on Facebook and downloading their iTunes podcast.
