Advocacy 101: How To Engage Decision Makers

Representatives from the Iowa Environmental Council (IEC) will lead an advocacy workshop focused on environmental advocacy. This workshop provide students with the necessary tools and resources to engage with elected officials and decision-makers on issues important to them. IEC is a nonpartisan, nonprofit law and policy advocacy organization and is the largest environmental coalition in Iowa. The workshop is free, but registration is required.
