John Deere Director of Sustainability

Jill Sanchez (BBA 04/ JD 07), the Director of Sustainability at John Deere, will present about her role in sustainability. Jill is responsible for leading John Deere’s sustainability strategy and execution. She will provide insight on how John Deere will execute on its strategy to optimize customers' complete operation—ensuring that every hour, every drop, every seed, every pound, and every pass counts—delivering better outcomes with fewer resources.

Join Prairie Restoration course Instructor, Mike Fallon, and his students for an autumn afternoon exploring the Mormon Handcart Park prairie. You'll help gather native seed to support ongoing prairie reconstruction efforts. Meet in the Mormon Handcart Park parking lot (116 Hawkeye Ct). Long-sleeves, pants, and footwear appropriate for walking through vegetation are recommended.
