Project Wingspan is an organization that seeks to provide pollinator landscapes across the midwest. As part of their mission, Project Wingspan hosts native seed collection events to help protect and preserve native species. For the month of October, there are quite a few events happening in the Johnson County area where they are still accepting volunteers.
