Archer is a third-year student, double majoring in environmental science and creative writing. Archer is from Des Moines and has spent time working with the Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation as well as the Blank Park Zoo. They have a love for anything considered ‘creepy crawly’ – bugs, snakes, frogs, you name it! They are passionate about public outreach, as well as hands-on fieldwork. When they’re not doing environmental-based work, they can be found knitting/crocheting, or reading a book at a coffee shop.
