Emma is a fourth-year student from Des Moines, IA studying Environmental Planning, with minors in French and Urban Studies, and a certificate in Sustainability. During her time at Iowa, her learning highlights have included the Sustainable Chemistry study abroad trip in Switzerland and Germany and taking Lifetime Leisure Skills classes. Emma is passionate about all things sustainability and conservation and is gaining insight into Iowa City’s efforts by sitting on the Climate Action Commission as a student representative. In her free time, Emma enjoys finding the best study spots, working out at the Rec, or roaming around Iowa City with her friends.
