Emma Skelley is a second-year student at the University of Iowa studying Environmental Policy with minors in Environmental Science and Communication Studies. Emma grew up traveling to national parks, taking hikes on local trails, and appreciating the environment around her. After discovering the School of Earth, Environment, and Sustainability at Iowa, Emma knew what trajectory her future was headed. When not studying for her classes, Emma can be found taste-testing the local Iowa City coffee shops, having long conversations with her friends, and taking walks through City Park. Emma hopes to help further the mission of the Office of Sustainability at Iowa to attain an environmentally just and sustainable university and community.
