Sustainability survey participation

The Office of Sustainability supports the University of Iowa’s commitment to sustainability in all aspects of our university operations, our academic mission and our responsibilities to the greater society. To best utilize our limited resources toward the successful accomplishment of the University’s aggressive sustainability agenda, we reserve the right to decline to participate in sustainability surveys and report cards. We will consider participating with those organizations that provide the following information:

•  Methodology used to rank, score or grade institutions, justification for the methodology and metrics used;

• Sustainability credentials of staff and organization;

• Complete disclosure of organizational structure including board of directors, funding sources and organizational associations, memberships and subsidiary organizations;

• Any potential conflicts of interest with the University of Iowa.
