The Iowa State University Organic Agriculture Program held the 16th Annual Organic Conference on Sunday evening, November 13 and Monday, November 14, 2016 in the Iowa Memorial Union at the University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa. The conference featured roundtable discussion and an organic luncheon, as well as information from keynote speaker Fred Iutzi, President of the Land Institute. Workshops on a wide variety of organic crop and livestock topics also took place
