Recycle in Residence Halls

Managing Waste in Your Residence Hall

Recycling

Due to labor shortages, trash/recycling rooms in the residence halls will be closed for the Fall 2021 semester.  Instead, students will be responsible for taking their waste to a designated dumpster outside.  Find the dumpster location(s) for your building using the maps below.  Please refer to your RA for waste disposal questions specific to your residence hall.

PLASTIC BAGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE RECYCLING DUMPSTERS.  Please use the recycling bin provided in your room to take materials to the designated recycling dumpster outside of your building.  Plastic bags are considered contamination and will cause the entire dumpster of recyclables to be sent to the landfill.
