Elyse is a third year at the University of Iowa, majoring in Journalism and Mass Communications and English and Creative Writing. Elyse’s interest in sustainability and conservation is fueled by her love for traveling as she believed that nature deserves to be persevered and protected for generations to come. At the Office of Sustainability and the Environment, she creates online content, writes social copy, and creates stories to educate the public on sustainable tips, tricks, and events at the University and in Iowa City.
